Buffalo Tofu with Red Cabbage Slaw

Drain & press the tofu. Then slice and cook in a fry pan on medium high heat with sesame oil, (it holds a higher temperature without burning). When well cooked on both sides, add a bunch of hot sauce and reduce in the pan.

For a side, chop a red cabbage and add yogurt, lime, and celery salt. Mix well. This is a good counterpoint to the spicy Buffalo tofu.
