Lamb Kebabs
Thaw 1 lb of ground lamb. Loosely chop some sweet bell peppers, onion, (and a couple of spicy peppers if you wish). Then roughly chop these veggies together with the lamb. Combine mixture with the entire spice packet, plus salt (a pinch or more), then form the mixture around a wooden stick – make a kebab! Or you can make a patty instead. Put into a 375 degree oven, flipping occasionally, until cooked - 17-ish minutes depending on thickness of the kebab or patty. Broiling can give a nice finish. I broiled for a few minutes on all sides.
