Simple Spring Radishes

I love spring radishes! When the greens are really small and tender as they are in these beautiful spring radishes, you can eat them as you would any salad green. Simply give them a good wash to loosen any dirt. Slice the radishes and drizzle olive oil and balsamic vinegar over them. Then add a bit of salt. So very "springy" and so very good!
