Stripy Bell Pepper & Broccoli Roast

Spice Profile: aleppo pepper, amchur, ancho chile, basil, black garlic, black lime, black pepper, coriander, fennel, fenugreek, garlic, green peppercorn, lemon, marjoram, nutritional yeast, onion, oregano, porcini mushroom, rosemary, smoked paprika, thyme, salt

Take one to two bell peppers (striped in this case). Remove seeds and cut into pleasing strips. Remove florets from 2-3 medium broccoli heads. Combine the broccoli and peppers in a bowl and add 2 TBS olive oil and the contents of the spice pack, (2 tsp Stock+Spice Late Summer Roasting Blend). Toss well and then turn out on a baking sheet. Bake in a 350 degree oven (stirring occasionally) for 35 minutes or until the broccoli begins to blacken. Remove from heat and enjoy. Optional, after cooking add 1-2 TBS maple syrup or honey if you like it sweet or 1-2 TBS vinegar if you like it a bit more spicy! Enjoy!
