Spice Profile: alepo pepper (with sunflower oil), ancho, ceylon cinnamon, cloves, coriander, cumin, garlic, paprika, smoked paprika, sumac, turmeric, urfa pepper

Take one medium cauliflower and remove the florets. If any are large you can cut them in half. Place the cauliflower in a mixing bowl and toss with 1 cup Greek yogurt and the spice packet (2tsp Stock + Spice Shawarma blend) and a dash of salt. Mix well and turn out on a baking sheet. Bake (stirring occasionally) at 350 degrees for about 30 minutes until cooked. Sprinkle with lime and serve. This would be great as a side, over rice, or in a wrap with a yogurt dressing and perhaps some shredded carrots soaked in a little vinegar. Have fun with it and enjoy!
