Cool Cucumber Salad with Caraway Pickle Spice

Spice Profile: black lime, black pepper, caraway, coriander, dill seed, garlic, turmeric, yellow & brown mustard seed

Here is a simple yet amazing way to enjoy the first cucumbers of the season. The caraway in the spice pack really makes the dish! This can be eaten immediately or chilled for later. It also makes a great cookout addition and won’t heat the kitchen.

Place in a large bowl, two medium large cucumbers thinly slice, add one finely chopped shallot, greens included if it is a fresh shallot, 2.5 TBS white wine vinegar (or red), 1.5 tsp sugar, 1 tsp salt and the whole spice pack (2 tsp) Stock+Spice caraway pickle & salad blend. Stir to combine and serve with love!
