Bruschetta
Spice Profile: basil, marjoram, oregano, rosemary, sage, thyme
This is a simple and classic tomato recipe that really celebrates those hot summer evenings!
Core & chop 2-3 medium-sized tomatoes and add to a large bowl. Optional - add 1 small chopped onion and/or 1 small, chopped jalapeno (if you like it spicy). Add 2-3 TBSP olive oil, 1 tsp salt, and the full spice packet (2 tsp) Stock+Spice bruschetta seasoning. Combine well. Toast 3-4 slices nice sturdy bread, (I chose sourdough). Peel 1 clove of garlic and vigorously scrape it across the finished toast. Cut toast into thick strips, arrange on a plate, top with the tomato mixture, and voila! Serve and enjoy!
