Spring Radish & Greens Salad
Spice Profile: yellow mustard, turmeric, lemons, black lime, white vinegar, onion, garlic, celery seed, honey, sugar, brown sugar, salt, black pepper
This is a really fun way to embrace the salad season. Never worry if some of the radishes are cracked, this does not affect flavor, just appearance. I really like to leave the radish looking whole - don’t be afraid to eat the greens, they are great to eat raw and they offer a fun texture.
Whisk together the full spice packet (2 tsp of Stock+Spice honey mustard barbeque) and 2 Tbsp of water, add 4 Tbsp of olive oil and whisk again. Optionally, I put it all in a bottle, capped it and shook the heck out of it with good results. Carefully rinse and clean the radishes, slice them into pieces and place on a bed of arugula or pea tendrils. Drizzle the dressing over the top and savor the spring goodness! Have fun!
