Sweet Potato Dip

I keep eating this! Simple to make and hard to stop eating! Take 2 medium sweet potatoes and puncture them with a fork multiple times. Place them in a 400 degree oven and roast whole for about 40 minutes or until soft. Remove from the oven and let cool. Scoop the flesh out into a mixing bowl. Add 2/3 cup Greek yogurt, the juice of one lime, and the contents of the spice pack (2 tsp Stock+Spice sweet potato dip seasoning). Mash it all up with a potato masher. Once smooth, add salt to taste. Serve with fresh veggies or crackers. Enjoy!
