Rockin’ Raab
Simple to make and hard to stop eating! Enjoy this one!
Spice Profile: Yellow mustard, turmeric, lemons, black lime, malt vinegar, onion, garlic, celery seed, honey, sugar, brown sugar, salt, black pepper
Rinse and chop the ends off of one bunch broccoli raab, (about 1/2 lb) cut length-wise in half. Snap the bottoms off half a bunch asparagus. Place the raab and asparagus on a baking sheet. Chop up one garlic scape, (or 2 cloves garlic), and place in a small bowl. Add the spice packet, (2 tsp Stock+Spice Honey Mustard Barbecue), 2 TBS olive oil, and 1/3 cup yogurt, and mix well. Add water as needed to get a paint-like consistency. Pour the yogurt mixture over the raab and asparagus and jostle them around to coat evenly. Place in a 350 degree oven for 17 minutes or so. Remove from the oven and generously salt to taste. Enjoy!
