Roasted Broccoli with Honey Mustard Spice

Paula at Stock+Spice is releasing this week’s spice exclusively to our Veggie Box members! It’s still in the experimental phase, so let us know how you like it! (I loved it!).
Chop 1-2 large crowns of broccoli. I recommend that you peel & chop the main stem of the broccoli as well as the florets. Toss with 3-4 TBSP olive oil & entire packet Honey Mustard Rub spice (2 tsps.). Roast at 375 degrees for 40-ish minutes, stirring occasionally until brown and tender.
